Effortless Running, with the Chi Running Technique: I'm one of the Irish ChiRunning and ChiWalking Certified Instructors teaching in Cork, Ireland. I took up running to keep fit, I've taken part in the New York City Marathon, lots of half marathons, road races, triathlon races, adventure races and regularly frequent my local Park Runs gaining valuable experience along the way. I learnt the ChiRunning technique back in 2008 and since then my running has transformed, is totally effortless with little or no recuperation required and I'm injury free. I completed the founders Danny Dreyer & Katherine Dreyer's rigorous ChiLiving Instructors Training Course in America and have been enjoying teaching the ChiRunning technique and sharing my experiences with people of all ages from beginners, intermediate to advanced. I hold running technique workshops, sessions & classes in Cork and around Munster.
