Water, water, water....

Your intake of water is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and the amount you require depends on your gender, climate you live in and how active you are. But generally speaking males require approx 3 litres (13 cups) and women require approx 2.2 litres (9 cups) of total beverages per day. 

If you're finding it hard to drink you water during cold winter months what I do is drink warm water with lemon juice and herbal teas like Berries (invigorating) and Peppermint (aids digestion) but try out other herbal teas like Green tea and Camomile (relaxing).
