Fed up getting niggles and injuries or find you're wiped after a run with aches and pains well it doesn't have to be that way, come and learn the Chi Running Technique and transform your running!
Avoid running injuries and make your running easy not a chore!
1 class per week for 6 weeks
@ €45.00 per person
Suitable for all level of runners
What will we do?
  • Body looseners & dynamic warm up exercises
  • A key focus of the Chi Running technique each week starting with Posture 
  • Body Strengthening with Pilates & Muscle Activations 
  • Cool down & Yoga Stretches to build flexibility
  • Other aspects of running will be addressed each week e.g. breathing, training, nutrition


Wednesdays 6.10pm to 7pm.
starting 27th March (excludes Easter week 24th April)

 meet 6pm for 6.10pm start at Kennedy Park and the Marina areaCork City.

Classes are open to both males and females.

Please Note the Important Small Stuff:
Full payment is required on the first week when signing up for the full 6 weeks

Drop-in classes @ €9.00 per class

Running classes will go ahead subject to a minimum number of participants
